Extremely rude and unwilling to help
This Verizon store is an embarrassment. I upgraded to the new iPhone 17 Pro Max through Verizon’s own program and the activation completely failed—no lines transferred, all eSIMs said “No SIM,” and I had zero service. Verizon insisted on sending me a text verification code… to a phone with no service. After hours wasted and money spent on a temporary travel eSIM just to get by, I was told to go in person to fix it. Brian was awesome helping me figure out and troubleshoot a bunch major problems I was having with my phone and number / eSIM!!
