Probably my best experience at a Verizon. Ken was great to work with and all of the other employees were super nice.
Employees were not helpful. They are in fact, rude and laughed at my questions. I’ve never felt so belittled in my life before then during that moment I wish they had just answered my question or said they didn’t know . but sadly, all they did was laugh. I don’t recommend this store at all.
The valdosta verizon store put a $999.00 charge on my bill for a phone I never recieved
If I could rate this Verizon store 100 stars, I definitely would! My boyfriend and I came in this morning (09/04/2025) to upgrade my phone, and due to some personal issues, we had to leave and come back. We were greeted by Kevin the second time, and he was absolutely phenomenal! He was able to save us money by helping us add a new line with a new phone and a new watch, and his customer service skills were top notch!
