I have been a customer of Verizon for over 30 years. I purchased a new iPhone 17 pro max in May of 2026. The camera stopped working, but Verizon won’t replace it with a new phone. They will only replace it with a factory refurbished phone even though I called corporate and they said the store would replace it with a new phone. Policy is more important than customer service. The manager is very unhelpful. He just told me that I could go to an Apple Store. We don’t have an Apple Store in Valdosta. I would run from this company... read more
Had a great experience with Angel at this Verizon store. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!! 10 out of 10 !!! Would definitely recommend going to see him
The customer service at this store is terrible. Avoid this store at all costs. We ended up having to transfer everything from the old phone to the new phone ourselves AFTER we were charged a transfer fee by the store. Not sure what we were paying for since we ended up taking it into our own hands and doing it ourselves after 5+ hours of them trying to do it for us..... I had originally come in the store a week ago trying to add another person and their phone number to my account. I was immediately told upon entering that it could be done online and dismissed from the store. I then tried the process online and was met with several issues. I called customer service and they looked at my account and said I need to go in person to add the number due to a SIM card issue.
