The valdosta verizon store put a $999.00 charge on my bill for a phone I never recieved
If I could rate this Verizon store 100 stars, I definitely would! My boyfriend and I came in this morning (09/04/2025) to upgrade my phone, and due to some personal issues, we had to leave and come back. We were greeted by Kevin the second time, and he was absolutely phenomenal! He was able to save us money by helping us add a new line with a new phone and a new watch, and his customer service skills were top notch! If I can save at least one person from future frustrations and headaches.....then please please use another company. Good Lord please.
