Johnny was wonderful. He is so patient. I highly recommend Johnny when you go to Verizon at SouthPark Mall.
Great location , Great Customer Service
This was the worst tech/phone service experience of my life. As I walked in a woman left saying “good luck” I sat there for two and a half hours as employees each came to help, almost non of which were capable of anything Verizon. There were up to 15 people there waiting at a time all while employees took personal calls, selfies and breaks outside. One woman and the manager, who was beyond rude got into an augment.
