Went in there to make a cash payment. The service rep was nice. I was concerned about my security on the phone. She suggested a second number on my phone which was free for 30 days and $10 a month after that. I said that was fine and added Walmart plus membership. A couple of days later I went to another Verizon store and my phone showed low battery and find my phone feature. They used a super charger and it worked fine. Extremely Disappointed with Verizon’s Service** I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Verizon. After being misled and lied to by sales rep Roman—which caused significant stress and inconvenience—I made it clear to management that I did not want to deal with him again. Despite this, manager Steve still assigned Roman to handle my case, completely disregarding my concerns. This lack of accountability and respect for customer feedback is unacceptable. After being offered by an agent in my building, internet services for 20.00 per month, since I receive government aids per my income, and qualified for the low payment, now they charge me over $110.00 , interrupted my service and don't transfer my call to a manager. DO NOT USE VERIZON unless you love horrible and poor customer service!

I went in and switched over from ATT. Everyone I met really went above and beyond. So nice, up front and informed. I appreciated that level of service and attention to detail.
