I have reached the last straw with Verity, after banking with them for over 40 years I will be moving my money and closing all accounts and credit cards. Their customer service is terrible, my last 4 or 5 experiences at both the Stone Way and Northgate locations left me feeling like I had interrupted their phone scrolling time and they were very annoyed that they needed to do their job. The folks at Verity are really great and helpful, even though I'm not a member. If I ever get unhappy with my current CU I'm switching to them for sure.
These guys aren't the worst, but they clearly don't care anymore. Verity is just phoning it in anymore. I feel sorry for the employees as they seem powerless to do a better job, even if they wanted to. My family is moving out accounts to another credit union.
After being a customer for over a decade, they closed my account unilaterally even though I was still logging in/ using it regularly. Really disappointing and frustrating. When you contact them, all you get are bots. Take your business elsewhere. Update: They replied to this message asking me to call their office, which i did. They said they would email and call me back with a response and they did not. Stay away y’all. I’m still waiting for the money they took when they closed my account for no reason.
