I am very pleased with the service at Verity-Wallingford. They manage all my needs, in a pleasant but thorough manner.
Just so badly run. This place makes mistakes, seems to operate with its elbows, takes forever to answer basic questions. Lacks support for simple things and pays almost no interest whatsoever. And this is a credit union! It's interest rates haven't changed since the pandemic even though banks are now offering over 4%. It's scandalous. I've lost faith in how this place is run. If I were starting fresh I'd 100% steer clear of this place.
