Really scraping the bottom of the barrel with competent folks. Can’t imagine having them handle my money when they can’t figure out how to handle mail.
After being a customer for over a decade, they closed my account unilaterally even though I was still logging in/ using it regularly. Really disappointing and frustrating. When you contact them, all you get are bots. Take your business anywhere elsewhere and your money will be in better hands.
Not pleased that they’re not open on Saturdays, but still happy with their overall service.
