I got a loan from them for my Solor. They never told me they were gonna put a lien on my house. I found out there was a lien when I was trying to refi. I’m trying to get a reverse mortgage because I lost my job. I’m on Social Security because of medical reasons so I’m trying to lower my bills. Verity stopping it because they said that they would not subordinate to a reverse mortgage. There was one rep that said they would subordinate then we got another rep that says no.So they are really screwing up my life big time.
Thieves, stay away at all costs. I was compelled to take out a loan with this bank because my solar installer selected it for me. They will not allow me to pay off the loan, directed my payments to a savings account I never requested, and are now charging me "administrative fees" for an account I did not want. Attempts to contact them lead to an answering machine. If they call me back, it's at a time when I'm at work and cannot answer the phone.
