Can hardly get ahold of anyone by phone at any location. Finally did at beacon hill and was trying to discuss what happened with a deposit that went missing, the man who answered the phone said 'we'll see what we can do' and hung up. 9/14/26 around 1030 am. Tried calling back multiple times and cant get any calls answered. Terrible customer service.
I love Verity for how much they want to help their local community and all the support they give. I feel like this is a bank that actually cares. Every time I go into the Beacon Hill branch, everyone is helpful and kind even when I'm asking what feels like silly questions. Lol
Awful awful experience. Everything was okay when I originally opened my account about 12 years ago. Last fall my debit card started randomly declining around Seattle. I called in repeatedly about this and spoke to some reps with truly awful attitudes who would tell me that it was just merchant services fault and not the credit unions. My card declined again and for some reason the rep decided to issue me a new card, which I didn't want and didn't ask for and was a major hassle to change everything over to the new number.
