I was thrilled they had shared branching. I bought some cashier's checks that I ended up not using. I'm unclear why it seems to be a huge issue, having been in the bank industry. A woman in the branch I've never seen told me to go to my own CU to gety services and save this branch some time to "fix this"
Most strangest branch. Staff not helping
On day 4 of trying to get them to change my address and they are unwilling to help. They say they are, but I have changed the address online, signed a Docusign, and called in and still doesn’t reflect. Works bank and customer service I’ve ever delt with. They deserve 0 stars
