This is not a review of their services, which are perfectly adequate, but just a "buyer beware" warning - their prices are VERY high. My firm ordered a .pdf transcript of a 200+ page deposition and we were charged over $1,000. This was not inclusive of the scheduling and reporter fee they charged the defense attorney. Try a local court reporting business before you book with Veritext. Their customer service is likely much better, as are their prices.
