Veritext is a ripoff artist. Take a look at your invoices very closely and demand an itemized invoice with the rates being charged. In a recent deposition invoice, we were charged $110 for "Logistics, Processing & Electronic Files" which the customer service representative explained was for hosting the files (a pdf transcript and exhibits I assume?) and a separate $115 charge for "Delivery and Handling." Rates that are double, at least what are typical. Wise guy unexplained C.O.D. invoices reflecting a different order than was placed. In 35 years of practice I have never felt this ripped off by a reporter "service". It is slightly humorous to see a double space case heading not so humorous to billed for an extra two pages.
