Terrible bank and the rudest employees
As soon as vertex shut down the KY location it's not been easy. Cant close it down inless its a $0 balance and dont have checks so cant juat write my self a check and i refuse to buy checks just to close it. Thanks for the help Never again!!!
Bank here for hidden fees and thievery. Want an excellent customer service experience - not here, a thing of the past with this small bank in Irving. It starts with the self-righteous staff, which gives the customer their know-it-all service.
