I have been banking at Veritex Bank for decades! There is an employee right now who is always so patient and helpful. I am happy to hear you have a place where reviews are welcome! Inga Mendoza has helped me with every issue with my checkbook, passwords, etc. She is so kind and explains how to find everything I need on the website. She also has answers to any question I ask her! It is always comforting to know that I can walk in the bank or call and get her help! She is frankly competent, amazing, and dependable!
