The Garland branch manager, Judy Long always treats us like family. Unlike most other banks the word "community" in your name actually means something. Judy is always welcoming and is a very knowledgeable professional. She makes going to the Garland Texas branch like going to visit family.

I have been soooo impressed with the personal service given by VP Blank Center Manager Patricia Nino! I am so naive when it comes to Money Markets and all that is involved. Patricia has personally walked me through several things in a professional and personal way! I highly recommend her and her branch location!

I went into Veritex Bank at the Garland, TX branch with a check my customer wrote me. I apologize for not remembering their names. But there was 2 tellers inside one malle and one female. I don't think I've ever been in a bank that made me feel like I was the account holder I was treated with professionalism and courtesy that you just don't hardly find anymore. Great job you two. I'm thinking that management must be just as professional as these tellers because it all starts at the top. Thanks again. Bruce Daniels

I love all the managers at Veritex Community Bank and they all have helped me at one time or another. They are courteous, thorough, patient, and act like you are the most important person in the world. They are not looking to get away from you so they can help somebody else! If you are their customer they are focused on you. I also understand it is a very safe bank. I love these people!

I love this bank! They are like family to us! Recently we had our accounts compromised, but the back was “on it” and saved us!
