Had them file an extension for us..IRS sent us to collections for interst because the extension didn't go through in time. Got letters it was sent to collections, took them to Veritas and they didn't even bother..after 2 days of having the letter, when i called they put me on hold to look into it, after 5 minutes they came back and said there was nothing they could do..they didnt even try.. no money no help!! Veritas (Jalene) has ghosted my family for many weeks post IRS communication, when contact is most critical, allowing for increased fees and interest to accrue. My family member is so frustrated with lack of service that she is losing sleep and anxious. This should NOT be happening! I do not recommend this agency.
I had used Veritas tax solutions for many years until I started getting letters from the IRS stating that I owed them more money. I received these letters on two occasions. I brought these errors to the attention of Jalene Greer. I can honestly say I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a “professional“. Jaylene Greer was very mean and disrespectful. I will never go to this place ever again.And no one should very rude. First off I came to the place on monday and the nice lady at the front desk told Someone would get ahold of me by the end of the week. Or next monday.
