An outstanding group of guys that take great pride in their work. I brought in a headboard to get modified and it was a bit funky as it was a curved sleigh bed, so I knew it would not be easy to work with. . It was too tall and made the bed sit too far off the wall. I wasn’t really expecting too much, but the finished product was perfect. They are one-of-a-kind! Couldn't find more helpful, welcoming souls in this business. We had two very unusual "asks": 1) make a broken, custom-upholstered gliding footstool into a stable one; 2) use their saws to cut off only the dense cover of some NBC Hollywood Assoc. Producer books from the 1960s and 1970s in manageable dimensions, preserving them forever for our families. Their imagination knows no bounds, and I will declare their glory to the world!! I am giving Veritas 2 stars because they are kind humans, but the product and customer service does not deserve any stars. I ordered custom French doors. They came out and measured, discussed the installation process, and boom we had the doors ordered and paid for - it was great. But this is where it fell apart. After 6 months and poor/confusing communication, the doors were finally done and painted. They said they'd deliver them in 2 weeks - but no doors.
