I’m a young person buying my first house. I’m so happy to say that they walked me and held my hand through everything. I am also in the military and meeting deadlines during escrow were challenging, but they took care of everything. I was able to email, call, and text more than one person who was helping me. This was the best experience one can ask for.
Fidel and his team made are journey to becoming homeowners, so comfortable. Fidel and his team were there for us every step of the way, answering every question we had. As a father of a special needs son, I had to take my son to most meetings with Fidel and his team, and all I can say is that they were very understanding and never made my family and I feel uncomfortable, always going above and beyond for us. If you are a special needs family like us looking to buy a new home, I highly recommend Fidel and his team.

I had the pleasure of working with Fidel and Rebecca on closing a loan for my first home. Though I originally walked in to Veritas funding in 2017. In 2017 I was given a folder on what I need to correct to be able to purchase a home, after fixing those issues I returned. Since the first day I walked into the office, I received great customer service from Fidel Mazon. A very genuine, honest and sincere man, remined me of my dad. He walked me through the entire process from beginning to the end. Fidel was the one to hand us our home keys, he went above & beyond for us. We are now home owners! We are very grateful :)
