I’m not sure who is responsible but someone dropped the ball and put me in a bind….i have an account at navy federal so I have to make deposits at the veritas atm. I deposited a check for 5000 and it posted as $500. I called navy federal and they called veritas and instead of looking to confirm they just said it is $500. Now I have to wait forever to get things resolved
