ShiCara is absolutely incredible. She gave me an amazing lymphatic massage and I felt so much lighter, less bloated and calm after my massage. I would recommend her to anyone.

Men need self care too! My wife has been telling me for the longest to take some time for myself and then she gave me no choice…..she put me in the car and took me down to Veritas. I received a lymphatic massage and a foot detox and left feeling like a new person. Before I left I made my next two appointments!
