In the years I have known Anita, she has always been a very caring person, who really listens to you. Her craft and artwork never cease to amaze me.
My daughter Brooke who has Autism and severe anxiety, has been going to Anita for 12 months. She really looks forward to every session and Anita and Art Therapy has helped her so much! She often comes out with a sore throat because she’s so comfortable and talks so much! Highly recommend for anyone, especially people with ASD!
Anita is very professional, creative, kind and thoughtful. I've enjoyed exploring various art therapies with her such as bilateral drawing and minifig role-playing, which even as an adult I've found very helpful in my own recovery. Some sessions I even just enjoy having a chat with her as I felt really listened to.
Anita provided a safe and accommodating space for her work with my family. She quickly understood our different needs and tailored her expertise and support accordingly. I have no hesitation in recommending Anita and wish we could continue with her (extenuating circumstances preventing this!).
Our daughter is doing well with your sessions. She feels comfortable with you, which is wonderful and I have noticed on all of our drives home from your sessions her tics are not aggressive so you help reduce her anxiety.
