Veriheal has helped me tremendously!!! They set my appt up, went to see the doc for 10 min, and got approved the same day. They are fast, helpful, and pleasant!!!
Veriheal was super quick and great with everythibg. But I had no idea I’d be waiting a month and a half just to cal the MMCC and wait longer
While once I spoke with the Dr, I was diagnosed and treated quickly, It was a long than anticipated wait to speak with the Dr. for both my wife and I. the Video chat has no way for us to realize we are actually connected to anything. This is quite frustrating and causes anxiety to the patient. Providing some real way of knowing you are properly connected would help relieve some of this.
