Absolute worst company to work with, pay to play scam. Rates have tripled in Canada and service is at an all time low.....
It seems this company is under staffed and they take forever to answer and call backs are hours later or the next day. Horrible service.
Veriforce recently acquired Complyworks. Under their directive they have changed the rates for the businesses that use their services. The new rates will triple, almost quadruple the cost of their service for my company. This is being done during a PANDEMIC that has hit my industry with unbelievable challenges. They justify it by stating that they haven't increased their rates in 4 years. I find the behaviour disgusting and disrespectful to their client base!
