I couldn't ask for a better experience. Tonisha answered my call on a Sunday morning and was kind enough to come out that day to help us with her services. She even walked is through the paperwork that we had, because we were not sure how to fill it out. Originally was very responsive to talk to over the phone and coordinate visit. We needed someone urgently last minute and couldn’t leave the house because our son was sleeping, so I was relieved to have a mobile notary set up. She gave us the ETA and we waited and then she completely ghosted us. Suddenly didn’t answer texts and ignore my calls. We waited for over an hour before we gave up.
