Very impressed with service I received at the Johnston branch. My transaction required some coordination with another bank and Matthew worked for an hour on the issue finally able to get responses from the other institution. He stayed calm and persistent in a situation most would have thrown there hands up and walked away. Thank you Matthew.
The ATM here is constantly down, which is really frustrating. It’s the closest one to my house, and not being able to deposit or withdraw makes it super inconvenient for me and other customers

Just had a fantastic visit to my local Veridian Branch and I had the pleasure of being looked after by the lovely Brad O. He was kind and courteous and extremely helpful with what I needed. I really enjoyed my visit and I got to leave with a smile on my face.. Thank you Brad O and everyone who was working there today.
ATM is down more than it is up, can never get cash out of it.
