I have voice and mobility issues. Your site is convenient when i need to come in, and I appreciate that I can conduct most of my transactions by phone. "Bill the robot" has problems understanding my voice, but your agents do very well and are pleasant and kind. Last Wednesday I came in to renew some CDs. Donna waited on me. She was kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. As we talked she remembered having helped me on the phone and I remembered her too. It was nice to meet the face behind the helpful voice.
