I've posted this before, but it bears repeating. Veridian customer service is second to none. All the employees at the Independence branch are wonderful to work with, and recently, Donna was the patient one we had help us. My friend had several financial issues to work out and she explained everything clearly until he understood it and was comfortable with it. It took quite a bit of time, and none of it was rushed or under-addressed. Thank you Donna and Veridian!

I have been a customer at your bank since I moved to Iowa from Oregon. Every one has been helpful . I recently had some fraud on my account and Jenny care of me and all the issues that come along with fraud problems Please give her a raise
