I went in to open my 2 youngest a bank account. I already have 1 minor with a bank account so I knew it wouldn’t take long. The gal who helped me had no customer service etiquette to her at all. She made me feel like she didn’t even want to help me. I was with her for over 30 minutes and could see her messaging on teams and looking things up.
