Terrible customer service. If you have fraud issues due to some dude 700 miles and lose close to a grand don't expect much from them. They couldnt care less about your bills or whatever. In fact they will suggest loans and credit lines to cover your upcoming expenses while they drag their feet with the “investigation” as well as returning any funds.
I went to this branch for the first time on 9/23/25 with my son and asked for a cashiers check for an apartment: I asked it to be withdrawn from my personal savings account twice- the teller did not confirm the account number/ amount in the correct account and drew it from my jobs savings account instead that I haven’t ever made deposits or withdrawals from.
