Fantastic customer experience!
First off, they have the one of the lowest APY for checking, savings and money market I’ve ever seen. Their over the phone customer service is abysmal. I’ve had several accounts get frauded while I was with them and they were particularly unhelpful. They also denied me rolls of coins. What a joke. Do yourself a favor and get a different bank.
