RecommendedMy experience has been favorable. Level of friendliness can vary by branch. I mainly use Ankeny branches and they are nice and helpful. I do wonder why I see many young workers, below 30, which can indicate level of experience. At other banks I visit, many have young tellers too, but a few will have 30-50 yr olds only. Im guessing pay, benefits and management can vary. Happy employees make friendly workers.

THIS BANK DISCRIMINATES BECAUSE OF YOUR NATIONALITY(MLK location) , I tried in five different occasions to create an account every time This lady Lynn asked me for diferente proofs of my us citizenship and denied me service FIVE TIMES .To proove that it was a deliberate discrimination on my 5th try of getting denied service I crossed to Bankers Trust a bank that has more strict policies that Veridian and where more than happy to help me ON MY FIRST TRY . Have had several loans and a credit card with them.....loved them. Then went there specifically to get a home mortgage because they were nice to deal with, then they sold it before my first payment.....very disappointing.
Drive thru ATM needs no envelopes for deposits!
