I am very disappointed with how I was treated during my visit to the credit union yesterday. The staff appeared to assume that I was unfamiliar with fraudulent activity, which I found both disrespectful and frustrating. I never leave reviews—whether for services, businesses, or even products—so for me to take the time to write one reflects how unsatisfactory this experience was.
We worked with Ian who was awesome and patient at answering our questions then helping us with our account!
