Terrible place to get a loan. They tried to tell me how much my loan payment was regardless of the paperwork from the lender showing the payment amount. Wasted time. Happily will take my business elsewhere.

By far the worst customer service I've ever received
At a time when I just went through a move to be closer to my children and also while I'm in the middle of a custody case and need every penny, Veridian has seen fit to not only create additional overdraft fees (which were caused by unauthorized debits) by processing charges out of order but has also refused to admit their error and reverse their charges. I sincerely hope that $96 is worth a lost customer of nearly 20 years and all of the negative word of mouth that's going to come with it. Disappointed does not begin to desc... read more
