Its a top notch place ive been a member there a very long time and ive never had a negative vist when ive gone inside and the tellers always take care of business properly and efficiently
Veridian let me be locked out of my bank account while traveling in another state and the woman on the phone would not help me at all even though I could provide my account number and SSN. Now I am out of state and completely screwed with no access to my own money! Literally worthless and she was super rude on top of it. Only practical for someone who has no intention of ever traveling out of Iowa as the branches are literally only in Iowa.
Conner was awesome! Day saver He got me my credit cards quick after ansborugh couldn’t get it done for like 20 min.. I asked them to put a hold on 1 card they canceled I’m like ok if I find it you can turn it back on? Nope.
