I worked with Ethan as a first-time home buyer and am so grateful to have had someone with his experience guiding me through the process. He is a very clear communicator and he made sure I understood what to expect and what I needed to do at each stage. He also broke down the costs that come with the purchase and then owning a home, so there were no surprises along the way. He made the whole thing feel a lot less overwhelming than I expected.
