The service at this place is absolutely horrible! some dear people I love went to this law firm to get legal advice about their case and immigration status and they ended up having to talk to an individual name HUGO who I'm sure is also the same person who answered the phone. When my friends got there, he didn't even introduce himself, he was incredibly arrogant and treated them like dirt.
