Verdelab therapists showed great care and knowledge when providing my son with remedial therapy. Sean has an incredible insight not only to the point of injury but into the entire working of the body structure which maybe causing the problem. He will also guide you through ongoing exercise to prevent reoccurrence. Highly recommended.
I had a wonderful session with Sean. I had a sore knee but of course the life story of the body reveals so much more with an acutely perceptive skilful therapist as Sean is. Sean can work with the broad landscape of the body mind with a process to bring client's awareness to unhealed places bringing a decompression and rebalancing. Feeling and softness returned to areas of the body we hadn't directly worked on connected through the fascia network.
Ross was absolutely amazing I have been dealing with pain for over a decade and for the first time I have felt relief . Instant rebook , instant 5 stars !!
