Strongly recommend Chenille. My shoulder and rotator cuff has had long standing inflammation and jamming up in the ligaments as well as muscle tightness. Chenille helped me so much, immediate relief and 24 hrs later, still feels amazing. Seen chiros, physios and other myos but Chenille had been the best by far.
Clare is an extremely skillfull and knowledgeable remedial massage therapist. I came to her with lower back issues which she relieved massively along with some helpful advice. Highly recommend!

She’s been incredibly helpful, tailoring every session to ensure I get the best results. I can't recommend her enough if you're looking for someone who truly hears you and knows how to fix the problem
