I saw Rebecca when I wrenched my back suddenly - she provided excellent treatment that put me on the path to restored movement. Definitely would recommend her.

I had an appointment with Clare for neck shoulder and jaw tension and it was amazing. The treatment she gave me relieved so much of the tension, and she also gave me practical advice on a routine I could follow to keep on top of the tension myself. I felt like she really understood my tensions and was so knowledgeable and practical about how I could manage it going forwards. 100% recommend
Unfortunately I didn’t have the best experience here. I went for a lymphatic drainage massage, but the therapist did it so light, and I haven’t felt any difference after :( I understand it’s supposed to be a gentle massage but I think this one was way too soft. And it was quite expensive, so it’s pretty upsetting.
My shoulder and neck were in a bad way, made a last minute appointment at Verdelab with Chenille. She clearly communicated her concerns and how she was going to treat me, she used a range of techniques: cupping, remedial massage, dry needling to release the tension and it helped heaps. Would definitely see her again and recommend her.
