They manage all of our IT and phone systems in our machine shop. They have done an amazing job with installing and managing so far, and when we have had issues, they are solved immediately. They have been extremely professional and punctual with every interaction.
Through my job, I have spoken to VerCom a few times. Everyone I've spoken to has been incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly. Josh and Ron were the people I spoke to most often and they were great!
Vercom is always very responsive and gives me a very quick solution to my requests. Their customer service is 5 stars which in this day and age is rare to come by.
Brain was phenomenal to work with. He made the process of setting up the computers so easy. Thank you for all your hard work!
As a phone company they are like everyone else in the world so there is nothing special there, but as a referring partner if you have any overlapping services, they will take your customers.
