We had VerCom replace a 17 year old phone system for our 15 employees and it was the best thing we have done in technology upgrades in a long time. Everyone from the sales staff to the tech-support to the installation team were all incredible, and we are very pleased with our decision to choose VerCom as our new phone vendor.
My company just had our phone system installed by VerCom after having a horrible experience with a previous vendor. I could not be happier with the results. The installation was smooth, and our phones work great. They answered all of our questions, and the training was simple. They are professional and they know what they're doing! Great job!!
Excellent customer service. Our initial setup went extremely smooth and when we encountered an issue with our internet vendor and the voice connection, VerCom had a service team onsite at our office from 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM and completely resolved the issue for us. I highly recommend their services.
