Horrible. Terrible customer service and communication - had to call & email several times & then eventually call the owner just to force an email from our tax person on what was going on with our taxes, 4 months after we had our appointment. No explanation for why an extension was filed & lied to on when they would be completed. Very unsatisfactory experience - will not be back.

Karl has continuously made mistakes and is always in a hurry. I’ve never received so many letters from the IRS because of his mistakes. I confronted him again and wanted documentation that he actually took care of filing an extension. I asked him for a letter that was dated 2 years ago. He did not provide the letter, and then he said I would be responsible for paying my late payment when he supposedly filed the extension.
