Would give this company 0 stars if possible. We are a charity who have a water account operated through Clear business. We had one of our trustees who was named on the account leave. We can no longer talk to the company as we now have no-one authorised on the account! I have phoned service desk now around 8 times and got nowhere, also sent some 20 plus emails. I was advised to send a letter of authorisation with all details signed by me as the chairperson of the trustee board. This was rejected. I sent in our water exemption... read more

Clear business absolute shambles of a company ( Verastar Ltd). My wife has cancelled her contract ( Originally with UNICOM then CB took over)with them as of April this year as she has left the unit that she rented. An email was sent early April to let them know. Skipping forward to now they wanted a letter from her account to say she had finished trading in all capacities which is nothing to do with them at all she has ceased trading from the unit she rented out. Our experience with Verastar Limited has been deeply disappointing and has had a significant negative impact on our small business. The issues began when we were sent a series of incorrect bills, which we raised with Verastar in a timely and reasonable manner.
