I recently purchased 2 rugs from Veranda in Bracebridge, and I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and kindness shown by the employees! I didn’t get her name, but she went out of her way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase! I will definitely shop there again, and have already told my friends about this beautiful store!
Beautiful new showroom, many gorgeous room designs, filled with beautiful furnishings for the entire house. Shoppers are free to wander and dream about the possibilities. Design consultants available for personalized bespoke purchases. We have been ongoing customers and all our purchases have been excellent value.
Make sure you go in the store "appearing" to have money or you won't be acknowledged!! Quite a Julia Roberts moment. Do better with your customer service for ALL!!
Wonderfully laid out shopping experience and a no pressure sales experience. The store was full of quality design options and the prices very reasonable
We ordered online, and we were so pleased with the shipment. It came via Canpar, and everything was very well packed. Nothing broken! What we ordered is hard to find (this is the only store in Canada with these items), and we were a little nervous ordering from a different province, but we are glad we did. Thanks so much!
