Absolutely love their new location. !! And as usual their service is excellent. We travel over two and a half hours to shop at Veranda so that speaks volumes in itself.
I feel that the store owner is rude and does not treat other people with the respect they deserve. I believe everyone should be treated professionally and respectfully.
What a beautiful showroom! My wife and I stopped into Veranda while visiting Bracebridge and really enjoyed walking through the expansive, well-stocked space. We especially appreciated the thoughtful layout, great displays, music, outlet area, and all the little details that make a showroom enjoyable to explore. The team was also genuinely warm and welcoming. A really impressive store and a pleasure to visit — kudos!
I recently purchased 2 rugs from Veranda in Bracebridge, and I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and kindness shown by the employees! I didn’t get her name, but she went out of her way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase! I will definitely shop there again, and have already told my friends about this beautiful store!
Beautiful new showroom, many gorgeous room designs, filled with beautiful furnishings for the entire house. Shoppers are free to wander and dream about the possibilities. Design consultants available for personalized bespoke purchases. We have been ongoing customers and all our purchases have been excellent value.
