Veronica and Jacob are the best and make the Bastrop branch the most pleasant to visit. They both work efficiently and are most helpful with all my Verabank needs.

This is the WORST bank I have ever used! I have been there three times to set is an external bank transfer and it is still not fixed. Branch staff are pleasant, however, they have to call a central location. From listening to the people on the phone they do not believe you when you say the website on your app is missing critical keys. I would not recommend this bank to anyone!
