Awesome staff
Wish I could give zero stars, how do you go from being 3rd in line to 4th to zero to 4th again, the first time I had got someone immediately and was hung up on my this is ridiculous, very poor costumer service
I have been with Verabank since I moved to Texas (7 years) and they have been absolutely wonderful. I am on a low income, SS, and have had a difficult time. They have worked with me and never a bad word. Today I talked with Jalisne at the branch on john reddit and she suggested i leave a review, which I'm doing now. Thankfully I have been blessed with a situation that will help and I will be more ssecure. Thank God for the people at VB and the compassion they have for their patrons.
Selina and Jalisne were very polite and very helpful. I value their expertise and was able to make wise changes due to their suggestions.
Excellent bank super friendly staff and tellers. Right down the road and always a spot open for quick deposits or any banking needs
