They refused to notarize a document for me unless I opened an account with them. In all my 47 years I've never been refused a notary. We recently moved to Lufkin and are in the process of moving our accounts here because there are no Chase or Barclay locations here. After being refused the notary I am assured we will NOT be moving any accounts to Vera. That is a sad and pathetic rule that disrespects your community. The opposite of customer service. I left and went to the next bank and had no issue at all getting the paperwo... read more
