Vera is professional and always does things for the best interest of the client. I started with a different loan officer, which was a bad experience that he provided incorrect information for the choice of my loan application which almost jeopardized my house purchase. After chatting with a few other loan officers, I immediately knew that I needed to change my loan officer and Vera was the best.
