Terrible Customer Service!! I’m not a customer. My wife had her credit card fraudulently used by one of VeoRide users. I was alerted of the transaction (and other transactions not associated with VeoRide) when it occurred. I immediately notified VeoRide CS and followed up with an email of the particulars. CS said they would take care of it. I also contacted the credit card company. The next morning I was contacted by VeoRide by email requesting certain personal details so they can investigate. They are so unreliable. Their service is almost always down. I have missed very important meetings because I planned to use their bike. As I write this, their service is DOWN.

Wish I could share the screeshot but to keep it short, I've paid $30 total($10 deposit)($20 group ride) wasn't ever able to get the scooters going and they never moved due to them not properly working. Yes they were charged up fully ,anyways I've requested to get a refund and it's been two weeks yet still no refund as promised. I've talked to 4 different individuals who systemically said the same thing....where's my refund veo?

This app is literally a scam, I’ve deposited money on the scooter for only 10$ & I keep getting charged 15$ then they have “no riding” zones out of no where! The scooter will pause in the middle of traffic deeming it to be very unsafe. Also several scooters had the breaks cut
