Veolia - Belmont Council services specifically. Rude and disinterested staff, Skip/waste disposal for council treated as an afterthought. PLEASE rid us of these parasites Belmont Council, it's not an effective use of our rates to be paying them.
After a week since my bin was taken Ive called to get a replacement 4 times now... everytime a person not speaking English answered.Got a email and a call from someone who understood and spoke English and bin was replaced with 2 new ones.Took a bit to get through but got bins replaced 👍
I find the staff rude and disinterested in helping. They chance created immoral policies and use these policies as their excuses.
