Staff were extremely helpful for my needs
Dodgy company, unprofessional. Stems from the Raymond Terrace Management. He has no idea how to run a business and look after clients. Would recommend cleanaway or jjs for any waste service.
I have no words to describe how poor veolia's service is. We have a set of twelve units and decided to use Veolia to provide and collect the bins. The cost is charged by the bins collected but they just charge the full amount each collection date. Collection is meant to be on a Thursday but they turn up different days each week. Tenants are unaware, so in turn the bins are not put out for the random days. We have decided to terminate our contract with them. We now cannot get them to pickup thier bins.
