Had a rude entitled manager from this company show up digging in the front lawn today. Also blocked driveway, which is illegal. Was extremely hostile when asked what he was doing. When asked why he didn’t knock, he said it would cost three times as much for our utilities if he knocked on doors to let people know he was going on their private property. I’ve Been calling this place for days cause I was wrongfully terminated from the MAB, trying to get ahold of someone in the Boston corporate office is a joke.
Amazing company providing professional services.
Why these people refuse to answer the phone, or respond to emails, is beyond me. It's like they simply do not want business. EDIT: Well over a week later and my message still has not been returned. I wonder if management knows how poorly the sales department treats potential customers. EDIT 2: because Veolia refused to return my calls, emails, and voice messages, I awarded a $300,000 contract to one of their competitors. You guys, and in particular Greg Reynolds, are actual garbage.
