Very experienced and knowledgeable staff. Assisted me as a first time user with care and consideration.
Appalling service, customer service and communication. Veolia simply don’t meet their contractual obligations, and are extremely difficult to communicate with. They either don't answer their phones, don’t answer emails or have you on hold for 30 plus minutes. This is the mess left at our work place after they simply didn’t turn up despite being contracted to do so. Trying to end a contract is another story! Stay away from this company!
Worst service ever. Don’t even bother approaching them
Good company esp a worker named Craig he’s always very friendly.
