Worst service ever. Don’t even bother approaching them
Good company esp a worker named Craig he’s always very friendly.
SHOCKING customer service! Some of the rudest call centre operators I’ve ever dealt with. When THEY make a mistake and then 14 months later decide they want to penalise a customer for THEIR mistake, and make you jump through hoops just to get your services back up and running. Go elsewhere!
Choose any other company stay away from this organisation, their staff turnover is enormous. The reps don’t stay. We keep on having issues with accounts. They have no idea what they’re doing and customer service actually have none
