I understand that we need to call our property manager but being spoken to poorly, hearing Lisa sigh incredibly loud over the phone because I didn't call my property manager and just the way she spoke in general, whether I'm calling the right place or not, you need to keep it professional and clearly not many staff at veolia know how to do that as it isn't the first time this has happen.
We used Suez for well over 4 years. Grumpy rude drivers I can put up with, but when they make pick ups 12 weekly with out any communication or care about that we may have a pest problem with Rubbish sitting so long. No other care just offering extra bin which adds to the cost and pest/ unsightly area.
this place is a duplicate of SUEZ Bendigo Service Centre, can you please remove it?
