I work at a local Primary School who employ the services of the Peterborough branch. It was a school holiday period and normally our collections. We desperately needed a collection arranged and I called to ask. The Peterborough branch answered the phone immediately. She was courteous, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. I could not fault the service. Well done.
terrible service, wouldn't advice a collection time for weeks despite several phone calls, emails and messages via the website. After a month attempting to cancel they then refused to collect until we paid an additional invoice to cover use over the month we were requesting it removed.
