I have been going to Venus Victoria ever since it opened and would simply not go anywhere else. My go to ladies -- Anissa for hair and Monika and Cinzia who work patient magic on my toes -- are amazing! And Bill and Stephanie always find a way to get me in :) Five stars plus!!!
Samantha was wonderful, patient and accommodative of my requests. Her suggestions for hair maintenance were helpful, she was very good at entertaining me with a lot of small talks now and then. Overall, this is my second time at Venus and Victoria and I’m very happy with their service. I will choose this salon in a heartbeat <3

A total bait-and-switch, lacks basic integrity. They’ll charge you however much they feel like charging without warning. I was charged $120 for my $80 haircut. I’ve been a regular here for a few years. $80 +tax and tip every single time. My confirmation email for this latest visit said $80 (see attached image). The day of the appointment the stylist asked to push the time back by 30 minutes, so I accommodated.
