I absolutely recommend this to anyone and everyone! They are so kind and so helpful and explain the entire process to you and the why behind what they do. Not only is it so relaxing but it truly works; my scalp and skin look and feel fresh! They have a machine that shows you the up close of your scalp and they give a before and after your treatment to prove the results! I will definitely be coming back and telling my friends about it!
Save your money. Premium service was disappointing. I received no head or shoulder massage. My hands were rubbed a little… the water was cold. The people were kind I guess but that’s all that was going for them. My hair was not even dried out all the way before leaving and my hair was insufficiently washed and still greasy. My hair dresser gives a better scalp massage… I could’ve just washed my hair at home better. Cheap face mask was applied and just let me lay there for 15 minutes. Won’t be going again.

I’ve visited Venus Spa several times, and every experience has been consistently great. Today, I had Sylvia as my technician, and she was absolutely fantastic. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session and paid great attention to detail. I highly recommend both Venus Spa and Sylvia!
