Unfortunately, the management at Venus Hair Extensions is very unprofessional and rude. My friend and I went here to get our hair washed and blow dried. The lady that did our hair happens to be the owner Mari V. She was very serious as if she were mad while washing our hair, we were chatting and she did not smile, comment or flinch during the entire time she did our hair. Never in my 12 years that I’ve been in Florida I have been treated as badly as I was treated in this place for the person (Hispanic blonde lady) that put the hair extensions. It was my first visit to this place and the lady was extremely rude. No customer service oriented at all. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY.
